摘要
为解决忻峪煤矿北翼胶带大巷反复维修的支护难题,通过现场实地调研测量、物理相似模拟实验、理论分析等方法,探究巷道围岩破坏机理,得出巷道围岩松动破坏范围及破坏形式,设计采用“锚网索+底板注浆锚杆+反底拱”联合支护方案返修,确定具体的支护参数。实地应用后进行矿压监测,返修120 d后,顶底板移近量为123 mm,两帮移近量为80 mm,巷道表面变形收缩量在合理范围内,围岩整体稳定,取得了很好的复修效果。
In order to solve the support problem of repeated maintenance of belt roadway in the north wing of Xinyu Coal Mine,the failure mechanism of roadway surrounding rock is explored through on-the-spot investigation and measurement,physical similarity simulation experiment,theoretical analysis and other methods.The loose failure range and failure form of roadway surrounding rock are obtained,and the combined support scheme of"anchor mesh cable+floor grouting bolt+reverse bottom arch"is designed to determine the specific support parameters.After field application,the mine pressure is monitored.After 120 days of repair,the approaching amount of roof and floor is 123 mm,and that of the two sides is 80 mm.The deformation and shrinkage of roadway surface is in a reasonable range,the whole surrounding rock is stable,and a good repair effect has been achieved.
