大采高综采面悬板切顶预裂控制技术的实践

摘要 以七五煤业3_(上)219大采高工作面为对象,对其进行双向聚能预裂爆破控制技术的实践,对双向聚能预裂爆破技术的应用思路、切顶原理、双向聚能爆破原理进行阐述,确定了预裂爆破工艺及参数。实践应用效果表明:该技术实现了工作面顶板卸压的目的,有效切断了3_(上)219工作面回采动压对邻近3_(上)215轨道巷的干扰。 Taking the 3_(upper) 219 mining height face of the Qiwu Coal Industry as the object,the practice on the control technology of two-way concentrated energy pre-splitting blasting is carried out,the application idea,top cutting principle and two-way concentrated energy blasting principle of two-way concentrated energy pre-splitting blasting technology are described,and the technology and parameters of pre-splitting blasting are determined.The effect of practical application shows that the technology achieves the purpose of relieving pressure on the roof of working face and effectively cuts off the interference of the mining dynamic pressure of the 3_(upper) 219 working face to the adjacent 3_(upper) 215 track roadway.
