煤矿井下过断层支护技术的优化研究

摘要 为了解决司马矿井下断层带地质条件复杂、易透水、易垮落的不足,利用TSP物探技术实现了对井下断层带地质情况的快速勘探,利用超前预注浆加固、锚网索联合支护的方案,确保了巷道过断层支护的稳定性和可靠性。根据实际应用表明,新的过断层支护技术将两帮的变形量降低了69.4%,顶板变形量降低了76.7%。 In order to solve the deficiency of complex geological conditions,easy water permeability and easy collapse of the underground fault zone in Sima Mine,the TSP geophysical prospecting technology is used to realize the rapid exploration of the geological conditions of the underground fault zone,and the scheme of advance pre-grouting reinforcement and anchor mesh cable combined support is used to ensure the stability and reliability of roadway fault support.According to the practical application,the new fault support technology reduces the deformation of the two sides by 69.4%,and the roof deformation by 76.7%.
