南庄煤矿孤岛工作面防灭火技术存在的问题及解决措施

摘要 南庄煤矿8824工作面是一个典型的“孤岛工作面”,防灭火工作存在自然发火期不具体、指标性气体不明确、漏风复杂多变、采空区自燃三带数据缺失四大问题。南庄煤矿通过热重分析试验测得煤层最短自然发火期为66 d,通过升温试验确定了CO、C_(2)H_(4)作为15^(#)煤层的主要指标性气体,采用SF_(6)示踪气体法查明了该孤岛工作面的漏风形式和影响因素,通过预埋束管和测温探头方式对工作面采空区自燃“三带”进行了观测。 The 8824 working face in Nanzhuang Coal Mine is a typical"isolated island working face".There are four major problems in fire prevention and extinguishing work:the natural ignition period is not specific,the index gas is not clear,the air leakage is complex and changeable,and the data of three zones of spontaneous combustion in goaf is missing.The shortest spontaneous combustion period of the coal seam in Nanzhuang Coal Mine was determined to be 66 days,CO and C_(2)H_(4) were determined as the main index gases of 15^(#)by temperature rise test,SF_(6) tracer gas method was used to find out the air leakage form and influencing factors of the isolated island working face,the"three zones"of spontaneous combustion in the goaf of the working face were observed by means of embedded beam tube and temperature measuring probe.
