注氮防火惰化技术在煤层发火防治领域的应用实践 被引量:2

摘要 杭来湾煤矿3号煤层冒落区、裂隙区及遗煤区存在发火风险,通过对3号煤层的赋存条件进行分析,设计应用了注氮防灭火惰化技术。应用效果表明,注氮区域氧气浓度为3%左右,有效抑制了浮煤和遗煤自燃风险,实现了对冒落区、裂隙区及遗煤区的全面惰化,切实达到了防灭火效果。 There are fire risks in the caving area,fissure area and residual coal area of No.3 coal seam in Hanglaiwan Coal Mine.Based on the analysis of the occurrence conditions of No.3 coal seam,the nitrogen injection fire prevention and inerting technology is designed and applied.The application results show that the oxygen concentration in the nitrogen injection area is about 3%,which effectively suppresses the risk of spontaneous combustion of floating coal and residual coal,realizes the overall inerting of the caving area,fracture area and residual coal area,and practically achieves the effect of fire prevention and extinguishing.
