Application of Auxiliary Boosting Device in Fully Mechanized Excavation with Large Slope

巷道坡度大于18°或揭露断层抬坡施工时,掘进机受限于爬坡能力,容易出现爬不动、履带打滑、机身失稳等实际问题。经过研究,采用大坡度掘进机辅助装置通过撑紧顶底板,提供恒定推力保障掘进机行走、移动、调机和截割作业,充分发挥掘进机高效和连续出煤的性能。该装置的使用,降低了职工劳动强度,提高了大坡度施工安全系数和掘进工效。

When the slope of the roadway is greater than 18°or the construction of fault slope is exposed,the roadheader is limited by the climbing ability,which is prone to practical problems such as immobility,crawler skidding,fuselage instability and so on.Through the research,using the auxiliary device of large slope roadheader to tighten the roof and floor,the large slope roadheader auxiliary device is used to provide constant thrust to ensure the roadheader walking,moving,adjusting and cutting operation by tightening the roof and floor,so as to give full play to the efficient and continuous coal extraction performance of the roadheader.The use of the device reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the safety factor and excavation efficiency of large slope construction.
