摘要
针对李雅庄煤矿MG400/920-WD型采煤机导向滑靴因各种故障导致其失效率较高问题,采用ANSYSworkbench有限元分析软件对导向滑靴强度进行计算,确定了后导向滑靴工作过程中应力最大值超过材料许用应力值,对后导向滑靴从销轴孔耳板厚度和倒角尺寸大小两方面进行了改进优化设计。
Aiming at the high failure rate of guide slippers of MG400/920-WD type coal mining machine in Liyazhuang Coal Mine,the strength of guide slippers is calculated by ANSYSworkbench finite element analysis software,and it is determined that the maximum stress during the working process of rear guide slippers exceeds the allowable stress value of materials,the rear guide slippers are optimized from two aspects of pin hole ear plate thickness and chamfer size.
