摘要
为实现巷道快速掘进,以2417运输巷为研究对象进行了高预紧低密度支护技术与掘锚护一体机的工业性试验研究。结果表明:使用掘锚护一体机与高预紧低密度锚索快掘支护技术相结合,能较大幅度提高巷道掘进速度,保证托顶煤层巷道掘进施工安全,为企业创造了较好的安全经济效益。
In order to realize the rapid tunneling of the roadway,the industrial experimental study on the high pre-tension and low density support technology and the integrated machine of excavation and anchor protection was carried out on the 2417 transport roadway.The results show that the combination of excavation and anchor protection integrated machine with high pre-tension and low density anchor cable fast excavation support technology can greatly improve the roadway driving speed,ensure the safety of roadway driving construction in top coal seam,and create better safety and economic benefits for enterprises.
