摘要
职能科室作为保障国有煤炭企业安全生产的重要机构,发挥着上传下达的关键作用。为优化职能科室绩效考核管理体系,提高业务人员的工作积极性,立足东滩煤矿绩效考核管理现状,分析职能科室绩效考核面临的困境,提出优化对策,将绩效考核管理工作落到实处,为企业带来了收益。
As an important institution to ensure the safety of production in state-owned coal enterprises,functional departments play a key role in uploading and issuing.In order to optimize the performance evaluation and management system of functional departments and improve the work enthusiasm of business staff,based on the present situation of performance evaluation and management of Dongtan Coal Mine,this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the performance evaluation of functional departments,and puts forward optimization countermeasures,put the performance evaluation and management into practice and bring benefits to the enterprise.
