摘要
为达到保证年产量的前提下取消夜班生产的目的,新桥煤矿通过对矿井主要生产环节和系统分析诊断、技术改造,对矿井生产组织、工作制度和工艺流程优化、重组和再造,解决了矿井取消夜班遇到的一系列技术难题,为实现矿井生产由“三班制”向“两班制”的顺利过渡和平稳运行提供了技术支撑。
In order to achieve the purpose of canceling night shift production on the premise of ensuring annual output,Xinqiao Coal Mine has optimized,reorganized and rebuilt the mine production organization,working system and technological process through the analysis,diagnosis and technical transformation of the main production links and systems of the mine.A series of technical problems encountered in canceling the night shift in the mine have been solved.It provides technical support for the smooth transition and smooth operation of mine production from"three shifts"to"two shifts".
