山美水库总有机碳时空分布特征与影响因素分析

摘要 总有机碳是表示水体中有机物质总量的重要指标,能够全面反映水体受有机物污染的状况。在2014-2016年枯水期(11月),对山美水库总碳(TC)、总有机碳(TOC)、氮、磷等环境因子进行分析,研究TOC的时空分布特征,分析TOC与其他环境因子的相关关系。结果表明,山美水库的TC浓度均值9.04~5.70 mg/L、TOC的浓度均值2.05~1.47 mg/L,呈逐年下降趋势;在纵向分布上,TOC分布特征为:入库区>库心>出库区,但在垂向分布上的特征并不明显;水体中TOC与五日生化需氧量、高锰酸盐指数呈极显著正相关(α=0.01),与总氮、水温呈不显著正相关(α=0.05),与溶解氧、总磷和叶绿素a呈不显著负相关(α=0.05)。山美水库TOC时空分布受到外源性有机物、降雨、水库沉积物和浮游动植物的影响。 The total organic carbon(TOC)is an important indicator of the total amount of organic matter in the water body,reflecting the organic pollution status of the water body.During the dry season(November of 2014 to 2016)of Shanmei Reservoir,the TOC,nitrogen,phosphorus and other environmental factors were investigated,the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of TOC were studied,and the correlation between TOC and other environmental factors was analyzed.The results show that the TC concentration in Shanmei Reservoir is 9.04~5.70 mg/L and the TOC concentration is 2.05~1.47 mg/L,showing a downward trend year by year.In the horizontal direction,the distribution characteristics of TOC are:entrance area>center area>exit area,but the characteristics of vertical distribution are not obvious;TOC in water was positively correlated with BOD 5 and COD Mn(α=0.01),insignificant positive correlation with TN and water temperature(α=0.01),and insignificantly negatively correlated with DO,TP and chla(α=0.01).The temporal and spatial distribution of TOC in Shanmei Reservoir is affected by exogenous organic matter,rainfall,reservoir sediment and zooplankton.
