摘要
介绍了首都体育馆冰场制冰系统的改造过程,分析了制冰系统的冷负荷组成,计算了不同冰面温度和初次冻结时间下的冷负荷。在此基础上,确定了制冰系统的换热方式,并构建了制冰系统,明确了系统各个组成部分的性能要求;以能耗比为设计指标,分析了制冰系统的制冷循环,计算了循环过程各个状态参数。2022年冬奥会运行测试验证了项目制冰系统设计的适宜性和创新性,为冬奥会成功举办提供了技术支撑。
This paper presents the reconstruction process of the ice-making system for the skating rink of the Capital Indoor Stadium, analyses the cooling load composition of the ice-making system, and calculates the cooling load under different ice surface temperatures and initial freezing time. On this basis, the heat exchange way of the ice-making system is determined, the ice-making system is established, and the performance requirements for all components of the system are defined. At the same time, the circulation process of the ice-making system is analysed and the state parameters of the ice-making cycle are calculated by taking the energy consumption ratio as the index. After the operation test in 2022 Olympic Winter Games, the design suitability and innovation of the ice-making system are verified, providing a technical support for the successful hosting of the Olympic Winter Games.
