宝石矿物材料复合创新型人才培养模式研究

摘要 随着经济、科学技术发展以及珠宝首饰行业需求的不断增加,培养多学科背景复合创新型人才势在必行。本文以材料学专业(宝石矿物材料方向)硕士研究生培养为例,探索具有“宝石地质特色”的创新型人才培养方案,构建人才培养模式,建设复合型导师队伍,同时引导研究生自主探索,提高其学科综合应用与创新能力,最终完成多学科交叉渗透、优势互补以及融会贯通的复合创新型人才培养实践,为宝石矿物材料方向研究生教学与人才培养提供可借鉴的实例。 With the development of economy, science and technology and the increasing demand of jewelry industry, it is imperative to cultivate composite innovative talents with multi-disciplinary background. Taking the graduate training of gem and mineral materials in the major of materials science as an example, the study is devoted to explore the innovative talent training program with gemological and geological characteristics, establish the talent training mode, build the compound tutor team, guide the graduate students to explore independently, and improve their comprehensive application and innovation ability. Finally, the composite innovative talent training practice of cross-disciplinary penetration, complementary advantages and comprehensiveness will be completed, providing a reference for postgraduate teaching and talent training in gem and mineral materials.
