摘要
本文应用冷冻超薄切片技术对5种不同的纳米改性橡胶和弹性体以及1种共混弹性体进行了透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察,探究了不同软硬程度纳米改性聚合物所采用的冷冻超薄切片温度及相关技术参数的差异,分析了冷冻超薄切片温度与玻璃化转变温度之间的关系。同时还对二氧化硅改性顺丁橡胶-聚氯乙烯-氯化聚乙烯的共混物进行了电子染色方法试验,为不同性质高分子材料超微结构研究选取合适的冷冻超薄切片温度及电子染色方法提供了参考。
In this paper, ultrathin cryo-section of the five kinds of different modifed rubbers and elastomers and one kind of blended elastomer were observed by transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope, to explore the suitable ultrathin cryo-section temperature and related technical parameters of different nano-modified polymers, and to analyze the relationship between ultrathin cryo-section temperature and glass transition temperature. At the same time, electron staining method was also used for the blend of silica modified butadiene rubber-polyvinyl chloride-chlorinated polyethylene. The study provides a reference for studying the ultrastructure of polymer materials with different properties and selecting suitable ultrathin cryo-section temperature and electronic staining method.
