基于稳定性的长输海底管道配重层优化设计

摘要 本文采用基于方向极值的侧向稳定性分析方法,对长距离输送海底管道配重层进行优化设计,并从施工角度对不同配重层厚度分段进行优化合并,提高了后期海底管道铺设及施工效率,有效降低工程费用。基于AGA Level II软件流体和管土试验的数据库进行准静态分析,模拟不同工况条件下的相互作用,得到所需的侧向稳定性安全系数。并以某海上油田项目长输海底管道设计为例进行分析,论证了该方法的实用性,为今后类似海底管道稳定性分析提供设计方法。
