社区共享空间与人类福祉关系研究的概念框架

Conceptual Framework for the Study of the Relationship Between Shared Community Space and Human Well-being

现阶段以提升城市共享性为重要价值诉求的城市发展更新理念逐渐进入人们视野,并引发了学术界对共享城市的探索和实践的热潮。城市公共空间作为城市的重要资产,也是“城市人”活动的主要场所。营造以人为本的城市公共共享空间不仅能有效地利用各类资源,对于“城市人”也有着多方面的益处。借鉴级联框架和连接多层次人类福祉的生态系统服务分析框架来构建社区共享空间与人类福祉的关系分析框架,以级联方式系统梳理从人居环境到人类收益的形成过程,从而建立起从城市系统到社区共享空间,最后到人类福祉的关联,从而得出城市共享空间与人类福祉的影响及分析框架。

In recent years, the concept of urban development and renewal, which takes improving urban sharing as an important value appeal, has gradually entered into people’s vision, and triggered an upsurge of academic exploration and practice of shared cities.As an important asset of the city, urban public space is also the main place for the activities of "urban people". Building a peopleoriented urban public shared space can not only make an effective use of all kinds of resources, but also have many benefits for "urban people". This paper draws lessons from the cascade framework and the ecosystem service analysis framework connecting multi-level human well-being to construct the analysis framework of the relationship between shared community space and human well-being,and systematically combs the formation process from human settlements to human benefits in a cascade way, so as to establish the relationship from urban system to shared community space, and finally to human well-being, so as to obtain the impact and analysis framework of urban shared space and human well-being.
