表情包使用对用户隐性知识共享意愿的影响机制研究——以IT类线上知识型实践社区为例

Research on the Mechanism of Emoticon Use on Individuals′Tacit Knowledge Sharing Intention——Taking IT Online Knowledge Communities of Practice as Examples

基于情绪即社会信息理论,构建了一个双中介模型,以IT类线上知识型实践社区用户为对象,运用问卷调查法收集有效样本293份,探究表情包使用对用户隐性知识共享意愿的影响机制。研究表明:表情包使用能正向促进接收者对发送者的情感共鸣和对发送者寻求支持动机的认知推断;对发送者的情感共鸣及认知推断能正向提升接收者的隐性知识共享意愿;情感共鸣及认知推断在表情包使用和隐性知识共享意愿间起到了中介作用。此外,社区控制性氛围负向调节了对发送者寻求认知推断与用户隐性知识共享意愿间的关系。

In order to explore the mechanism of emoticons on the tacit knowledge sharing intention in IT online knowledge communities of practice,based on the theory of emotion as social information,this paper constructs a dual intermediary model,and collects 293 valid samples from the users of IT online knowledge-based practice community through questionnaire survey.The results show that the emoticons use can positively promote the recipient′s emotional empathy and the cognitive inference for the sender′s motivation for seeking support.The emotional empathy and cognitive inference can positively related to the recipient′s tacit knowledge sharing intention.The emotional empathy and cognitive inference have mediating effect between emoticons use and recipient′s tacit knowledge sharing intention.In addition,the controlling atmosphere of the community negatively moderates the relationship between the recipient′s cognitive inference and tacit knowledge sharing intention.
