氯乙烯系统置换气回收环保性研究

摘要 介绍了氯乙烯置换气的来源,阐述了氯乙烯置换气的回收处理方法:①新增置换气回收系统;②改造原有聚合尾气回收变压吸附装置;③回收的置换气送至聚合尾气回收变压吸附装置,对置换气进行处理。改造后,聚合尾气和置换气中的氯乙烯及乙烘气体实现全部回收,而且净化气能够达到国家排放标准。 The sources of vinyl chloride displacement gas were introduced.The recovery and treatment methods of vinyl chloride displacement gas were described:①Adding new recovery system for the gas;②Revamping the original PSA unit for polymerization tail gas recovery;③Sending the recovered replacement gas to the polymerization tail gas recovery pressure swing adsorption unit for treatment.After the transformation,the vinyl chloride and acetylene gas in the polymerization tail gas and in the disreplace-ment gas could be fully recovered,and the purified gas could meet the national emission standard.
