摘要 按照飞机、雷达等电子电气设备对中频电源的要求,研究了一种“PFC+DC/AC”的两级式逆变器.该逆变器采用引入了比例谐振(PR)控制器的瞬时电压和电流的双环调节方式,具有易于实现、动态响应速度快的优点;同时为了提高逆变器的外特性,在双闭环控制策略的基础上,增加了负载电流前馈补偿控制.最后研制了一台单相500W的样机,实验结果验证了理论分析与设计的正确性. In accordance with the requirements of mediumfrequency power supply for aircraft,radar and other electronic equipment,this paper studies a“PFC+DC/AC”twostage inverter.The inverter adopts the doubleloop regulation mode of instantaneous voltage and current with the proportional resonance(PR)controller,which has the advantages of easy implementation and fast dynamic response.Besides,in order to improve the external characteristics of the inverter,the load current feedforward compensation control is added on the basis of the double closedloop control strategy.Finally,a singlephase 500W prototype is developed.The experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and design.
