我院标图技能操作课程想定库建设探析

Discussion on AFEWA scenario library construction of the Plotting Skill Operation course

为了培养高素质专业化预警人才,提高指令标记员战斗操作标图技能,以标图技能生成提高路径为指导,分析了标图技能操作课程建设标图想定库的必要性、思路、原则;提出了建设的具体内容和关键步骤,给出了教学组训的实践过程.初步使用表明,依托实战化训练想定库开展教学组训,可为进一步提高指令标记专业人才培养质量打下坚实的基础.

In order to cultivate highquality professional earlywarning talents and improve the cue markers’combat operation plotting skills,this article is guided by the improvement path of plotting skill generation to analyze the necessity,ideas and principles of the construction of the Plotting Skill Operation course,and then puts forward the concrete contents and key steps of the construction,also presenting the implementation process of teachingorganizing and training.The preliminary application shows that implementation of teaching-organizing and training based on the scenario library for actual combat training can help lay a solid foundation for further improving the professional talent cultivation quality of the cue markers.
