美军核武器系统网络安全问题研究

摘要 国家冲突向网络空间的映射,加速了网络空间的军备竞赛。与传统武器装备不同,网络武器具有极高的可复制性、扩散性和隐蔽性,这些特殊属性决定了网络攻击技术造成的后果,尤其是针对核武器系统的攻击效果和影响范围难以控制。近年来,美国国防部、政府问责办公室等机构高度重视武器系统网络安全问题,认为美军系统设计缺陷、供应链安全问题、内部人员管理不足等是导致网络风险的主要原因,美军采取诸多举措,缓解包括核武器在内的武器系统网络安全风险。美军核武器系统中存在网络安全问题的现实情况,值得我高度关注和警惕。 The mapping of national conflicts to cyberspace has accelerated the arms race in cyberspace.Unlike traditional weapons and equipment,cyber weapons have very high level of reproducibility,proliferation and covertness.These attributes determine that,the consequences of cyber attack technology,especially the effect and scope on nuclear weapons systems,are difficult to control.In recent years,the U.S.Department of Defense,the Government Accountability Office and other agencies have attached great importance to the cybersecurity of weapon systems,and believe that the main causes of cyber risks include system design flaws,supply chain security issues,insufficient internal personnel management and so on.The U.S.military has taken a host of measures to mitigate cybersecurity risks to weapons systems,including nuclear weapons.The reality of cybersecurity problems in the U.S.nuclear weapons system deserves high attention and vigilance.
