摘要 茶叶检验作为茶叶生产和贸易的中枢,对维护茶叶品质和保证茶叶质量安全起着指导和促进作用。我国茶叶检验历史悠久,萌芽于唐朝,初步发展于明清时期,快速发展于19至20世纪,曾受战乱影响,低靡过一段时期,后又在新中国成立后得到复苏并发展。文章将中国茶叶检验发展历程工作分为早期平缓发展阶段、中期曲折发展阶段、后期蓬勃快速发展阶段。从重点年份的重要事件、法规、条例等角度出发,以关键性指标(关键词)的方式展示了我国茶叶检验的发展历程,以期对今后的茶叶检验工作提供一定的借鉴。 As the key procedure of tea production and trade,tea inspection plays a guiding and promoting role in maintaining tea quality and ensuring tea quality safety.Originated in the Tang Dynasty,tea inspection in China has a long history.It initially developed in the Ming and Qing dynasties,and accelerated in the 19th and 20th centuries.It experienced a downturn due to the wars and recovered after the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949.This study divided the development of tea inspection in China into the early stage of slow development,the middle stage of tortuous development,and the late stage of rapid development.From the point of view of important events,laws and regulations in key years,this paper showed the development course of tea inspection in China with key indicators(keywords),hoping to provide guidelines and reference for future tea inspection work.
