既有公共建筑节能改造探讨

摘要 阐述我国建筑能耗现状及推进建筑节能设计的必要性,结合北京某既有建筑节能改造工程,通过改造前后的能耗计算论述节能改造的潜力及意义。该改造方案分别从外墙、屋面、外窗及幕墙进行,改造后节能效果显著。 This paper expounds the current situation of building energy consumption in China and the necessity of promoting building energy saving design, and discusses the potential and significance of energy saving transformation by calculating the energy consumption before and after the transformation of an existing building energy saving renovation project in Beijing. The transformation plan is carried out from exterior wall,roof, exterior window and curtain wall respectively, and the energy saving effect is remarkable after the transformation.
