摘要
通过对西安市某路段46段污水管道内部CCTV可视化检测,发现缺陷86处,缺陷以腐蚀、破裂为主,局部存在少量错口、脱节、沉积、障碍物;同时对部分区域污水管道外部采用探地雷达探测,发现管道周围土体空洞1处,严重土体疏松区域40处、一般土体疏松区域59处。依据污水管道缺陷检测报告与道路缺陷检测报告综合评估分析,确定该路段污水管道采用碎(裂)管法更新和紫外光固化法修复两种形式实施,并对道路下方及管道外周围土体进行注浆处理,通过整体修复后的污水管道目前运行状况良好。
Through the internal CCTV visual inspection of the 46 sections of sewage pipeline in a certain road section in Xi’an City,86 defects were found.The defects were mainly corrosion and cracking,and there is a small amount of staggered joints,disconnection,deposition and obstacles in some parts.At the same time,GPR was used to detect the outside of sewage pipelines in some areas,and it was found that there was 1soil cavity,40 serious soil loose areas and 59 general soil loose areas around the pipeline.According to the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the sewage pipeline defect detection report and the road defect detection report,it is determined that the sewage pipeline in this section is implemented in two forms:pipe bursting/splitting renewal and UV cured-in-place pipe rehabilitation,and the soil under the road and around the outside of pipeline are grouted.The sewage pipeline after the entire rehabilitation is in good operation.
