特大桥高墩爬模施工质量安全控制探讨

Discussion on Construction Quality and Safety Control of High Pier Climbing Formwork of Super Large Bridge

对特大桥主墩的施工采用液压爬模施工方法进行了研究,分析了桥梁高墩爬模施工过程中质量、安全的控制要点,强调高墩爬模施工时要责任到人,在事前、事中、事后按技术规范要求控制、检查纠偏,以预防和减少质量安全事故的发生。

This paper studies the construction method of hydraulic climbing die for the main pier of super large bridge,and analyzes the key points of quality and safety control in the construction process of bridge high pier climbing formwork.It is emphasized that the construction of high pier climbing mold should be responsible to the people,in advance,during and after the technical specifications according to the requirements of control,inspection and correction,in order to prevent and reduce the occurrence of quality and safety accidents.
