试析限额设计在全过程造价管理中的意义

Analysis on the Significance of Quota Design in the Whole Process Cost Management

为保障限额设计可以发挥预期的作用,论文对全过程造价管理与限额设计的内涵进行了阐述,结合限额设计的关键作用,对全过程造价管理中限额设计的应用策略进行了论述。此外,还根据实际工程案例的引入,得出明确建筑的功能需求、加强过程控制、高度落实图纸审查工作等手段可有效提高限额设计应用效果,真正提升工程的造价控制水平的结论。

In order to ensure that quota design can play the expected role,in this paper,the connotation of the whole process cost management and quota design is expounded,and combined with the key role of quota design,the application strategy of quota design in the whole process cost management is discussed.In addition,according to the introduction of practical engineering cases,it is concluded that the application effect of quota design can be effectively improved by means of clarifying the functional requirements of buildings,strengthening the process control,and highly implementing the drawing review work,so as to really improve the level of project cost control.
