Appearance Quality Control Technology of Fair-Faced Concrete Construction in Rail Transit

为进一步提升清水混凝土施工质量,依托济南轨道交通清水混凝土工程,通过清水混凝土外观质量问题调查分析,找出清水混凝土施工的关键控制点,深入分析影响清水混凝土外观质量的主要原因,确定质量保证关键控制点。从设计、管理、施工等环节论述了清水混凝土的外观质量控制措施以及相应的对策,达到了预期清水混凝土外观效果。

In order to further improve the construction quality of fair-faced concrete,based on Ji′nan Rail Transit fair-faced concrete project,through the investigation and analysis of appearance quality problems of fair-faced concrete,it found out the key control points and deeply analyzed the main reasons,determined the key control points of quality assurance.The appearance quality control measures and corresponding countermeasures of fair-faced concrete are discussed from the aspects of design,management,construction,etc.,and the expected appearance effect of fair-faced concrete is achieved.
