EPC总承包管理模式下的成本管理研究

Research on Cost Management Under EPC General Contracting Management Mode

成本管理贯穿于项目的整个生命周期,但在EPC总承包管理模式下存在一些不合理的问题,容易给施工企业带来巨大的经济损失。基于此,论文阐述了EPC总承包管理模式,针对EPC总承包管理模式,分析其成本管理中存在的问题,从各个阶段出发,提出EPC总承包管理模式下成本管理控制策略。

Cost management runs through the whole life cycle of the project,but under the EPC general contracting management mode,there are problems such as project risk,lack of talents and unreasonable resource allocation,which are easy to bring huge economic losses to the construction enterprise.Therefore,it is of great significance to adopt effective cost management control strategy.Based on this,this paper expounds the EPC general contract management mode,analyzes the existing problems in the cost management of EPC general contract management mode,from each stage,puts forward the cost management control strategy under EPC general contract management mode.
