摘要
缓倾斜厚大矿体安全高效开采是国内外矿山追求的主要目标。以小东沟矿缓倾斜厚大矿体为研究对象,针对三维精细化地质建模、矿岩稳定性分级、采矿方法设计等关键环节开展研究,研究表明:上向水平分层充填采矿法能满足小东沟矿缓倾斜厚大矿体的安全高效开采要求,试验采场生产能力为160 t/d,矿石损失率为4.53%,贫化率为4.1%,可为国内外同类型矿山开采提供参考。
Safe and efficient mining of gently inclined thick orebody is the main goal pursued by all the mines. Taking the gently inclined thick orebody of Xiaodonggou Mine as a research object, key techniques such as three-dimensional geological modeling, ore rock stability classification, and mining method design were studied. Studies show that upward horizontal sublevel filling method can meet the requirements of safe and efficient mining of the gently inclined thick ore body in Xiaodonggou Mine. The production capacity of the test stope is 160 t/d, the ore loss rate is 4.53%, and the dilution rate is 4.1%. The study can provide a reliable reference for the mining of the similar mines.
