磷精矿在硫磷混酸中的协同分解行为研究

Study on Process Conditions of Synergistic Leaching of Phosphorus Concentrate in Sulfuric and Phosphoric Mixed Acid

摘要 针对硫磷混酸协同分解磷精矿的过程,系统地研究了浸出过程中各影响因素对磷精矿中磷浸出率的影响。单因素试验结果表明,在硫酸质量浓度为15%、磷酸质量浓度为15%、浸出温度为55℃、硫酸过量系数为1.05、浸出时间为60 min、液固比为12和粒度小于38μm的条件下,磷精矿的浸出率可达96%以上。进一步采用正交试验方法,分析了硫磷混酸体系下各因素影响程度及最优工艺条件。结果表明,液固比对浸出过程影响最大,其次为浸出时间与浸出温度。在最优工艺条件下,磷精矿的最佳浸出率为98.88%。 The influences of various factors on the phosphorus leaching rate of phosphorus concentrate were systematically studied in the process of sulfuric and phosphoric mixed acid synergistic decomposition of phosphorus concentrate. The results of single factor test show that when the concentration of sulfuric acid is 15%, concentration of phosphoric acid is 15%, temperature of reaction is 55℃, leaching time is 60 min, liquid-solid ratio is 12, and particle size is less than 38 μm, the leaching rate of phosphorus concentrate can reach more than 96%. Furthermore, the influence degree of each factor and the optimal process conditions in the sulfuric and phosphoric mixed acid system were analyzed by orthogonal test. The results indicate that the liquid-solid ratio is the most influencial factor to the leaching process, followed by leaching time and temperature. The maximum leaching rate of phosphorus concentrate is up to 98.88% under the optimum leaching conditions.
