海藻鱼蛋白在蓝莓上的应用研究初报 被引量:3

摘要 海藻鱼蛋白是近年来兴起的一种新型高效有机肥料,为探讨其在蓝莓上的应用效果,作者以‘莱格西’蓝莓为试材,冲施不同稀释倍数的海藻鱼蛋白,测定果实平均单果重,可溶性固形物、总糖、总酸、花色苷、总多酚、总黄酮和维生素C含量。结果表明,冲施不同倍数海藻鱼蛋白有利于提高单果重、可溶性固形物和总糖含量,降低总酸含量,提高糖酸比,其中冲施1000倍的单果重最高,糖酸比最大。但冲施海藻鱼蛋白不利于维生素C和总黄酮含量的提高,也无益于花色苷和总多酚含量的提高。 Seaweed fish protein is a new type of high-efficiency organic fertilizer developed in recent years.In order to explore its application effect on blueberries,the authors used‘Legaci’blueberries as test materials and applied seaweed fish protein with different dilution times to determine the average fruit weight,soluble solids,total sugar,total acid,total anthocyanins,total polyphenols,total flavonoids and vitamin C content of fruits.The results showed that the application of different times of seaweed fish protein was beneficial to increase the single fruit weight,soluble solids and total sugar content,reduce the total acid content,and increase the sugar acid ratio.Among them,the application of 1000 times of seaweed fish protein was the highest,and the sugar acid ratio was the highest.However,the application of seaweed fish protein was not conducive to the increase of the contents of vitamin C and total flavonoids,nor to the increase of the contents of anthocyanins and total polyphenols.
