基于PDCA理论的铁路企业标准化建设工作研究

Research on Building of Railway Enterprise Standard Based on PDCA Theory

铁路企业标准化建设为保障铁路运营安全、促进铁路科技创新和产业升级发挥着重要的支撑作用。以中国铁路兰州局集团有限公司企业标准化建设工作为依据展开研究:首先建立标准化建设的指标体系;然后在全面质量管理循环理论(PDCA理论)基础上,对标准化建设工作的内容与成效进行分析,标准化建设内容包括计划制定、工作实施、效果检查和问题处理等几个方面;最后在强化体系管理、建立健全工作机制、抓实评价改进以及强化调查研究方面对企业的标准化建设提出建议,为相关企业建设及管理提供参考。

The building of railway enterprise standard plays an important supporting role in the operation safety,technological innovation and industrial upgrading of railways.The paper builds on the standard building of China Railway Lanzhou Group Co.,Ltd and proposes the following.An indicator system for standard building is to be established,and the works-planning,implementation,results check and problem solving alike-and results of the standard building of CR Lanzhou are to be analyzed based on the PDCA theory.The paper concludes with suggestions on enhancing system management,building a sound working mechanism,conducting concrete evaluation and improvement,as well as promoting survey and research.The results are of reference to future studies of this area.
