摘要
高速铁路建设能够有效带动区域经济、文化发展,新建高速铁路如何合理引入既有铁路枢纽、地区及车站等问题具有重要的研究意义。根据设计年度乌海地区既有铁路现状和运量预测,对包银高速铁路工程乌海站普速场不搬迁及搬迁至乌海海勃湾站2个方案进行比选。通过分析包银高速铁路引入乌海地区方案的各种影响因素,从运输组织、工程难度和工程投资等方面建立模糊综合评价比选模型,通过将定性分析转化为定量分析进行比较,得出更具优势的包银高速铁路引入乌海地区方案,为今后高速铁路引入既有铁路枢纽、地区及车站等方案提供新的思路。
HSR construction can effectively promote the development of regional economy and culture,and has great significance to the study of how to reasonably introduce new HSR into existing railway junction terminals,regions and stations.According to the current situation and forecast of traffic volume of the existing railways in Wuhai region in the design year,two schemes of not relocating/relocating the conventional railway yard of Wuhai Station of Baotou-Yinchuan HSR to Wuhai Haibowan Station are compared.Through the analysis on various influencing factors of the scheme of introducing Baotou-Yinchuan HSR into Wuhai Region,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and comparison model is established from the aspects of transportation organization,engineering difficulty and engineering investment,etc.,and through comparison by transforming qualitative analysis into quantitative analysis,a more advantageous scheme of introducing Baotou-Yinchuan HSR into Wuhai Region is generated,thus providing a new idea for the scheme of introducing HSR into existing railway junction terminals,regions and stations in the future.
