摘要
通过对CFD模拟得出的离心通风机失速状态下叶轮出口的压力信号进行混沌分析,进而揭示离心通风机失速态势下的混沌非线性动力学特征。CFD软件能够对低速离心通风机叶轮下的失速状态进行模拟研究,进而可以得到失速下叶轮出口处的压力时间数据序列。对该压力时间数据通过相图法、最大Lyapunov指数法和关联维数法分析来判断其混沌性。研究结果表明,失速状态下离心通风机叶轮呈现混沌特性,最大Lyapunov大于0,相图具有一定的规律性,关联维数呈现饱和状态。
By analyzing the pressure signal of impeller outlet in the stall state of centrifugal fan,the chaotic nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the stall state of centrifugal fan were revealed.The stall state of low speed centrifugal fan impeller was simulated by CFD numerical technology,and the pressure time series at the outlet of centrifugal fan impeller under stall condition was obtained.The chaos was judged by phase diagram method,maximum Lyapunov exponent method and correlation dimension method for the pressure time series.The results show that the impeller of centrifugal fan presents chaotic characteristics in stall state,the maximum Lyapunov is greater than 0,the phase diagram has certain regularity,and the correlation dimension presents saturated state.
