摘要 通过Hypermesh和Abaqus,分析了自行设计的测试台满载工况下的工作情况,得出支架和摆盘都存在着变形。为进行汽车动力总成惯性参数测试与分析,根据测试原理,用标准块以两种标定方法完成测试台参数标定,将标定后的测试结果与理论值进行对比分析,验证了标定有效。通过组合长方体测试件,将其质心位置、转动惯量和惯性积测试的结果与UG里的理论值分别比较分析。最后对某动力总成和发动机的惯性参数进行测试分析。参数标定、组合长方体测试件、某动力总成和发动机的惯性参数的分析结果表明,测试台满足工作要求。根据标定及测试分析和实测分析来看,由于测试的发动机质量接近测试台最大测试范围,导致测试支架与下摆盘在实验过程中存在变形,下摆盘边缘变形有点大,造成发动机上点的坐标测量误差较大。发动机的实测转动惯量和拟合转动惯量的最大相对误差为0.6,动力总成的最大相对误差为0.3%。 Through Hypermesh and Abaqus,the working condition of the self-designed test bench under full load condition was analyzed,and it was concluded that the support and swing plate are deformed.In order to test and analyze the inertia parameters of automobile powertrain,according to the test principle,the parameters of the test bench were calibrated with standard block in two calibration methods.The calibrated test results were compared with the theoretical values to verify the effectiveness of the calibration.By combining the cuboid test piece,the test results of its center of mass position,moment of inertia and inertia product were compared and analyzed with the theoretical values in UG.Finally,the inertia parameters of a powertrain and engine were tested and analyzed.The analysis results of parameter calibration,combined cuboid test piece,inertia parameters of a powertrain and engine show that the test-bed meets the working requirements.According to the calibration and test analysis and actual measurement analysis,since the tested engine quality is close to the maximum test range of the test bench,the test support and lower swing plate are deformed during the experiment,and the edge deformation of the lower swing plate is a little large,resulting in a large coordinate measurement error of the upper point of the engine.The maximum relative error between the measured moment of inertia of the engine and the fitted moment of inertia is 0.6,and the maximum relative error of the powertrain is 0.3%.
