摘要
充电负荷作为柔性负荷的可调特性受到越来越多的关注,通过对电动汽车进行有序调控改变充电负荷的时空特性,可以实现配电网的削峰填谷。若将电动汽车有序调控作为一种电网削峰手段,则在电网规划时需对其削峰潜力进行评估。为了快速评估充电站的削峰潜力,提出一种基于功率调控的削峰潜力评估方法。首先,基于用户的充电行为信息建立时段调控模型确定电动汽车调控的起始时段和结束时段;其次,考虑到居民区充电站负荷峰值易与常规负荷重叠,造成“峰上加峰”的问题,因此以提高削峰率为目标建立基于功率调控的削峰模型,并根据优化结果评估削峰潜力;最后,基于广州市的典型负荷曲线进行仿真,根据仿真结果分析了居民区慢充站的削峰潜力。结果表明所提方法能有效实现削峰填谷,降低削峰率,避免“峰上加峰”。
Orderly regulation of electric vehicles can achieve peak-shaving and valley-filling of the distribution network,and its peak-shaving potential needs to be evaluated during grid planning.In order to quickly evaluate the peak-shaving potential of charging station,a peakshaving potential evaluation method based on power regulation was proposed.Firstly,based on the user's charging behavior information,a period regulation model was established to determine the regulation period of electric vehicle.Secondly,considering that the peak load of charging stations in residential areas was easy to overlap with the conventional load,a peak-shaving model based on power regulation was established to improve the peak-shaving rate,and the peak-shaving potential was evaluated according to the optimization results.Finally,based on the typical load curve of Guangzhou,the peak-shaving potential of slow charging stations in residential areas was analyzed according to the simulation results.The results show that the proposed method can effectively achieve peak-shaving and valley-filling,and avoid peak overlap.
