工程机械液压过滤器实际寿命的破解思路

摘要 围绕工程机械液压过滤器实验室寿命和实际寿命的概念,提出了破解滤芯实际寿命评定的3个理论依据:滤芯压差相等原则、拟合建模的有效性判定及实际寿命的评定模型。具体结合试验和实际使用的数据通过数学方法建立数学模型,研究实验室寿命与实际寿命的内在关系。用户能够避免在工程机械、航空、航天、船舶和汽车等工业领域,尤其是大型和特定的工程机械液压系统,因无法准确得知过滤器实际工作时间,对过滤器维护不及时、不到位、不精准而导致极大浪费与严重后果。针对过滤器实际寿命的评定提出了最终的解决方法,并验证了方法的有效性,对工程机械液压系统中滤芯实际寿命的准确评定具有重要的指导意义,同时对使用人员制定科学的维护计划意义重大。 Based on the theoretical and practical life evaluation principles of hydraulic filter element,three concepts of filter element modeling and actual life evaluation were put forward.Combined with the experimental and practical data,the mathematical model was established through mathematical methods to study the internal relationship between laboratory life and actual life.Users could avoid great waste and serious consequences caused by untimely,inadequate and inaccurate maintenance of the filter due to the inability to accurately know the actual working time of the filter in the industrial fields such as construction machinery,aviation,aerospace,shipbuilding and automobile,especially in the hydraulic system of large and specific construction machinery.The final solution for the evaluation of the actual service life of the filter was put forward,and the effectiveness of the method was verified,which had important guiding significance for the accurate evaluation of the actual service life of the filter element in the hydraulic system of construction machinery.It is of great significance for users to formulate a scientific maintenance plan.
