摘要
通过对物流行业的研究,发现物流末端产业发展落后,因资金、场地限制等因素没有适用的分拣设备,仍以人工分拣为主,分拣能力与分拣压力严重不符合,全流程自动分拣并未实现,难以满足中国社会日益高涨的物流需求。在分析目前智能分拣设备特点及应用的基础上,从技术与应用两个维度出发,提出设计一种基于视觉检测与PLC控制的智能分拣系统,该分拣系统模块化设计,可灵活布局,视觉系统识读准确,独创设计拂手拨叉实现双侧分拣,分拣效率高。有效解决物流末端无合适智能分拣设备的痛点难题,推进物流时效性提升。
Through the study of the logistics industry,it is found that the development of the logistics terminal industry is backward.Due to the capital,site constraints and other factors,there is no suitable sorting equipment,and manual sorting is still the main method.The sorting capacity is seriously inconsistent with the sorting pressure,and the whole process automatic sorting has not been realized,which is difficult to meet the rising logistics demand of Chinese society.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and application of the current intelligent sorting equipment,an intelligent sorting system was designed based on visual inspection and PLC control from the two dimensions of technology and application.The modular design of the sorting system could make the layout flexible,the visual system could read accurately,and the original design of the hand fork could realize the bilateral sorting with high sorting efficiency.It can effectively solve the problem of no suitable intelligent sorting equipment at the end of logistics,and promote the improvement of logistics timeliness.
