基于机器视觉的小家电锁付装配系统开发与应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对小家电产品装配过程螺丝锁付效率低、精度低,难以满足实际生产需求的难题,基于机器视觉检测技术,研发了小家电自动锁付装配设备,能够实现小家电产品螺丝孔的智能识别、精确定位、自动锁付和充电性能检测,可有效替代传统的人工录入螺丝孔坐标信息的方式,进一步提升螺丝锁付的自动化水平。经现场应用表明,基于机器视觉的小家电自动锁付装配设备极大地提高了螺丝孔的定位精度和锁付效率,螺丝锁付速度可达38 pcs/min,螺孔对位精度可达0.1 mm。 Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and low precision of screw locking in the assembly process of small household appliances,which was difficult to meet the actual production needs,based on machine vision detection technology,an automatic locking assembly equipment for small household appliances was developed.The equipment could realize the intelligent identification,precise positioning,automatic locking and charging performance detection of screw holes of small household appliances,and could effectively replace the traditional way of manually entering the coordinate information of screw holes.The automation level of screw locking was improved.The field application shows that the automatic locking assembly equipment of small household appliances based on machine vision greatly improves the positioning accuracy and locking efficiency of screw holes.The locking speed of screws can reach 38 pcs/min and the alignment accuracy of screw holes can reach 0.1 mm.
