摘要
随着现代医疗设备的发展,建立有效设备监控管理,是保证设备寿命的关键,正常生产的基础。制氧机的长期运转的要求,对于配套的实时管控的措施有了更高的要求。从STC单片机与传感器、Labview检测系统、Vue数据管理系统3个方面进行设计,并建立一种制氧机设备远程监控体系。通过STC单片机与传感器通讯,对单台制氧机内所有设备的工作环境进行模拟,汇总到Labview检测系统进行数据预处理与显示,最后集中反馈给远程的Vue数据管理系统,统一在线管理。通过实时采集4种类型的制氧机设备使用情况与所处工作环境指标,比对使用者输入的异常报警标准值,进行在线报警并预判故障所在。实现了简化日常使用、维护、管理流程,精准解决每一次的异常,防范于未然,使得设备寿命最大化。
With the development of modern medical equipment,the establishment of effective equipment monitoring and management is the key to ensure the service life of equipment and the basis of normal production.The long-term operation of the oxygen generator requires higher requirements for supporting real-time control measures.Three aspects were designed:STC single chip microcomputer and sensor,LabVIEW detection system and Vue data management system,and establish a remote monitoring system of oxygen generator equipment.Through the communication between STC single chip microcomputer and sensor,the working environment of all equipment in a single oxygen generator was simulated,summarized to the LabVIEW detection system for data preprocessing and display,and finally fed back to the remote Vue data management system for unified online management.Through real-time collection of four types of oxygen generator equipment use and working environment indicators,compared the abnormal alarm standard value entered by the user,carried out online alarm and predicted the fault.It simplifies the daily use,maintenance and management process,accurately solves every abnormality,prevents it before it happens,and maximizes the service life of the equipment.
