基于ECRS改善原则的智能签到系统

摘要 签到和请假是高校教学常见的应用场景,但现有解决签到、请假方案仍存在步骤繁多、效率低等不足。通过对教师以及学生的签到、请假需求进行分析,运用工业工程的工作研究方法和技术,对现有的请假、签到等实际教学过程中的情景进行优化分析。采用“5W1H提问法”和“ECRS原则”对该流程进行优化改善,并运用人机工程学方法分析优化系统页面设计。通过系统分析、功能设计和原型的排版设计之后,利用计算机信息化技术开发出一个签到系统。通过该系统的线上定位签到功能,省去了老师纸质收集课堂学生出席的信息的传统流程,大大提高了签到效率。同时系统提供线上请假的形式,使得请假方和审核方以更为便捷的方式来处理整个请假流程。目前该系统已在M校推广使用。 Check-in and asking for leave are common application scenarios in college teaching,but the existing solutions for checking-in and asking for leave still have shortcomings such as many steps and low efficiency.The needs of teachers and students for checking in and asking for leave were analyzed,and the methods and technologies of industrial engineering work research to optimize were used and the existing situations in the actual teaching process such as asking for leave and checking in were analyzed.The"5W1H questioning method"and"ECRS principle"were used to optimize and improve the process,and the ergonomic method was used to analyze and optimize the system page design.After the system analysis,function design and typesetting design of the prototype,a check-in system was developed using computer information technology.Through the online location and check-in function of the system,the traditional process of collecting the information of classroom students'attendance was omitted,and the check-in efficiency was greatly improved.At the same time,the system provided an online leave request form,which enabled the leave requester and the reviewer to handle the entire leave request process in a more convenient way.At present,the system has been promoted and used in M school.
