基于薄膜等材料的双芯可选复卷装置设计

摘要 利用现有的有芯绕卷装置设备,根据无芯绕卷技术要求对其进行结构和功能的改进和创新,主要包括对无芯绕卷的芯杆以及双芯两用的轴套进行创新设计,最后根据双芯可选复卷装置技术要求设计开发了一种双芯两用可选复卷装置。主要对此复卷装置的起卷机构(无芯)、绕卷结构、收卷机构、双芯轴及双芯轴用轴套进行了结构改进和创新设计,最终可以实现两芯切换功能,主要用于对各种原料如纸类、薄膜等材料进行绕卷和复卷,从而实现便于运输和储存。通过对该设备的实验调试验证,证明这种复卷机可以实现有芯复卷和无芯复卷的两种功能的切换,适用于塑料袋、薄膜等的有芯绕卷和无芯绕卷,稳定性和多功能性得到了足够的体现,其作用所产生的效益是不可估量的。 The structure and function of the existing coreless winding device were improved and innovated according to the technical requirements of coreless winding,mainly including the innovative design of the coreless winding rod and the dual-purpose shaft sleeve.A dualpurpose optional rewinding device was designed and developed according to the technical requirements of the dual-core optional rewinding device.It mainly refered to the winding mechanism of word rewinding device(coreless),winding structure,winding mechanism,double core shaft and shaft sleeve for double core shaft have been improved and innovated.Finally,the two core switching function could be realized.It was mainly used for winding and rewinding various raw materials such as paper and film,so as to facilitate transportation and storage.Through the experimental debugging and verification of the equipment,it is proved that the rewinder can realize cored rewinding.The product can be applied to the cored winding and coreless winding of plastic bags and films.Its stability and versatility have been fully reflected,and its benefits are immeasurable.
