一种交流220V设备电源监视器的设计及应用

摘要 通过对交流220 V设备电源监视器电气原理设计及设备模型的搭建和调试,验证了监视器具备交流220 V设备电源回路中的开路及短路故障监视功能,通过故障发生时监视器面板上的声光报警功能作为就地告警提示,以及监视器故障状态节点输出的方式接入PLC、DCS等相关控制系统,及时将故障报警推送给检修维护人员和操作监盘人员,实现了现场设备缺陷及时处理,避免故障扩大化的设计初衷。在保障设备供电电源可靠性的条件下,后续针对监视器的电气回路、元器件集成度,外观造型等进行了优化设计,在满足安全可靠的前提下,使得设计具有成本低、体积小、使用场景丰富的特点,满足工业生产现场的需求。 Through the electrical principle design of AC 220 V equipment power supply monitor and the construction and debugging of equipment model,it was verified that the monitor has the function of open circuit and short circuit fault monitoring in AC 220 V equipment power supply circuit.Through the audible and visual alarm function on the monitor panel as the local alarm prompt when the fault occurs,and the output of the monitor fault status node,it was connected to PLC,DCS and other relevant control systems to push the fault alarm to the maintenance personnel and operation supervision personnel in time,so as to realize the original design intention of timely handling the on-site equipment defects and avoiding the expansion of the fault.Under the condition of ensuring the reliability of equipment power supply,the subsequent optimization design was carried out for the electrical circuit,component integration and appearance modeling of the monitor.On the premise of safety and reliability,the design has the characteristics of low cost,small volume and rich use scenes,so as to meet the needs of industrial production site.
