As the core equipment of building materials industry,autoclave plays an important role in the production process.Autoclave is a medium and low pressure vessel,but due to its huge volume and heavy weight,once an accident occurs,it will cause economic losses and even casualties.Therefore,through regular inspection of autoclave,internal defects can be found as soon as possible and alarm information can be provided for safety production.The structural characteristics and working parameters of autoclave were introduced,and the possible loss modes during the use of autoclave were analyzed.The damage modes were mechanical damage,corrosion,crack and safety interlock failure.Based on the existing inspection technology and nondestructive inspection methods,a regular inspection method of autoclave was proposed to provide inspection scheme for inspectors,which is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of equipment and reduce accidents.
