摘要
综述了微流控芯片在基因检测领域的研究发展现状,重点讨论了国内外在基因检测微流控芯片的驱动方式、制作材料和制作方法等方面的研究进展和应用情况,分析了当前基因检测微流控芯片研究存在的不足,指出了亟待解决的问题,并结合新材料、新技术等展望了基因检测微流控芯片技术的未来发展。
Research and development status of microfluidic chips in the field of genetic testing is reviewed.Research progress and application of gene detection microfluidic chips at home and abroad in terms of driving methods,manufacturing materials and manufacturing methods are focused on,shortcomings of current genetic detection microfluidic chip research is analyzed,the problems that need to be solved urgently are pointed out,future development of genetic detection microfluidic chip technology is looked forward to,combining with new materials and new technologies.
