摘要
微光伏系统是解决物联网供电问题的有效手段之一。目前虽然存在多种针对物联网应用的微光伏电路结构,但少有研究关注这些电路结构对太阳能电池输出参数的依赖性。搭建了五种典型的微光伏系统,在相同条件下进行了测试,并分析了其对太阳能电池输出参数的依赖性。研究发现,部分微光伏系统的性能与太阳能电池的输出参数是紧耦合的:更换不同输出特性的太阳能电池会使收集效率变化22.42%~24.25%。为了获得最优的收集能力,有必要根据太阳能电池的输出特性确定模型或硬件参数。
Micro photovoltaic system is one of the effective means to solve the power supply problem of Internet of Things(IoT).At present,there are many kinds of micro photovoltaic circuit structures designed for IoT applications.However,few studies focus on their dependence on the output parameters of solar cells.Five kinds of typical micro photovoltaic systems are built and tested under the same conditions,and their dependence on the output parameters of solar cells is analyzed.It is found that the performance of some micro photovoltaic systems is closely coupled with the output parameters of solar cells:the harvesting efficiency will be changed by 22.42%~24.25%by replacing solar cells with different output characteristics.In order to obtain optimal energy harvesting,it is necessary to determine the model or hardware parameters according to the output characteristics of solar cells.
