摘要
为提高压电叠堆在低频振动下收集的能量,将压电蜂鸣片周边固支附着在压电叠堆和质量块之间,设计了一种压电叠堆—蜂鸣片复合俘能器。通过分析复合俘能器的动力学模型,给出了俘能器结构参数选取方法。结果表明:蜂鸣片一方面作为弹簧可以降低俘能器谐振频率,提高叠堆俘能功率;另一方面作为俘能器能够收集能量;在124Hz,10m/s^(2)的振动条件下,蜂鸣片和叠堆发出功率分别为4.94mW,3.44μW,能够使蓝牙温湿度计连续工作。
In order to increase the harvesting power of piezoelectric stack under low-frequency vibration,a piezoelectric buzzer is peripheral fixed between piezoelectric stack and mass.A piezoelectric stack-buzzer composite energy harvester is designed.By analyzing the dynamic model of the composite energy harvester,a method for selecting structural parameters is given.The results show that:the buzzer can be used as a spring to reduce the resonance frequency of the energy harvester and increase the harvesting power of the stack;in addition,it can collect energy as an energy harvester.In vibration condition of 10 m/s^(2)at 124 Hz,the output power of the buzzer and the stack are 4.94 mW and 3.44μW respectively,which can make the Bluetooth thermometer and hygrometer work continuously.
