摘要
为了减少压阻式压力传感器温度补偿过程复杂度,提高测量准确性,针对压阻式压力传感器温度补偿过程中参数检测,提出了自动轮询检测方法,通过分析检测原理,构建了硬件检测模型,设计了多通道检测系统。完成了各组成模块的硬件设计和软件设计,使用LabVIEW设计了上位机人机交互界面和控制检测软件。实测证明:系统具有良好的准确性,能够测量压阻式压力传感器温度补偿过程中的全部参数,极大地提高了检测效率。
In order to reduce the complexity of temperature compensation process of piezoresistive pressure sensor and improve the accuracy of measurement,an automatic polling detection method is proposed for parameter detection in the temperature compensation process of piezoresistive pressure sensor.The hardware detection model is constructed and the multi-channel detection system is designed.The hardware design and software design of each component module are completed.Man-machine interface and control detection software of the host computer are designed by LabVIEW.It is proved that the system has good accuracy and can measure all the parameters of the temperature compensation process of the piezoresistive pressure sensor,which greatly improves the detection efficiency.
