摘要
高尔基体磷蛋白3(GOLPH3)是位于反式高尔基体表面的癌基因,可调控线粒体功能、胞质分裂、DNA损伤应激反应等生物学过程。该文综述了GOLPH3在恶性肿瘤发生发展及耐药机制中的作用。
Golgi phosphoprotein 3(GOLPH3) is an oncogene locating on the surface of trans-Golgi, and regulates various biological processes such as mitochondrial function, cytokinesis and stress response to DNA damage. This paper reviews the role of GOLPH3 in occurrence, progression and drug resistance of malignant tumors.
