摘要 智能电能表的质量直接影响着信息采集系统及电网的稳定性、安全性和经济性,因此提出一种基于AHP-Critic的智能电能表综合质量评价方法。此方法首先建立AHP的层次结构,确定目标层、准则层及方案层内容;其次构造判断矩阵,计算层次单排序数值并进行一致性检验;然后使用Critic计算准则层的客观权重;最后结合AHP与Critic法获得准则层综合权重,并计算目标层对方案层的层次总排序数值。实验分析以三种型号智能电能表作为评价对象进行计算,其结果可有效评价各电能表的质量优劣。 The quality of intelligent watt-hour meter directly affects the stability,security and economy of information collection system and power grid.Therefore,a comprehensive quality evaluation method of intelligent watt-hour meter is proposed based on AHP-CRITIC.Firstly,AHP hierarchy is established,and the contents of target layer,criterion layer and scheme layer are determined.Secondly,a judgment matrix is constructed to calculate the hierarchical single-order values and perform a consistency test.Then Critic is used to calculate the objective weight of the criterion layer;Finally,AHP and Critic methods are combined to obtain the comprehensive weight of the criterion layer,and the total ranking of the target layer to the scheme layer is calculated.The numerical experimental analysis takes three types of intelligent electricity meters as the evaluation objects for calculation,and the results can effectively evaluate the quality of each electricity meter.
